Cancellation, Failed to Attend & Deposit Information
When booking your appointment, we may on occasion seek a deposit from you especially appointments which are booked for treatments such as crowns veneers, bridges or denture work which cost us a laboratory fee to construct them for you. This is your confirmation of your commitment to have your work completed.
We aim to provide all of our patients with the best possible service and to achieve this we need your co-operation. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please make every effort to cancel it well in advance so that it may be offered to another patient. Non-attendance and cancellations at short notice without a valid reason deprives other patients of essential dental services and helps to ensure we can keep our appointment schedules on time.
Please try to give a minimum of 48 hours notice should you not be able to attend any of your appointments.
Late cancellation charges may apply if an appointment is cancelled within the notice period stated above and we are unable to fill the time.
