Forthill Dental Practice has two surgeries, both on the ground floor, where examination and treatments are carried out. A hygienist service is available and can be booked after an examination by the dentist.

Our Aims are as follows:

• To provide all our patients with a consistently good quality service that meets their needs and wishes, whether they are looking for routine or cosmetic dentistry.

• To deliver a high class service in line with all professional standards for both NHS and Private patients.

• To provide patients a personal service, integrating the highest quality products with the latest proven technologies and protocols.

• To ensure staff are trained and competent through investment and personal development.

• To ensure patients are treated with honesty and integrity in complete confidence, and with the utmost discretion in comfortable surroundings.

• As a practice we take cross infection control very seriously. All our instruments are cleaned to the highest standards and staff attend routine training for infection control.

Complaints Policy

Dealing with Complaints

Forthill Dental practice operates a complaints proceedure which is in compliance with the HSC complaints proceedure and Independant Healthcare Regulations (Northern Ireland)2005.We aim to make your experience as pleasurable as possible.However should you have any concerns,comments or complaints please contact reception or John Magee at 02866328333 .Complaints can be made to Health and Social Care board at 02895361093 or Ombudsman at 0800343424.

Treatment Plans

After an initial examination which may require radiographs, the dentist will determine a treatment plan that he or she recommends. This can be discussed with you, and a written estimate can be provided including charges. Please do not hesitate to ask questions. We want to be sure that you fully understand and agree with the treatment plan.
